Virtually ALL dental school have research departments. You can find a list of school at http://www.ada.org and go from there. Someone somewhere probably has some ongoing research in this area.
I am very much interested to go on research in dental surgery. particularly in implanting an tooth germ .?
studying implantology is in demand these days very much it help in those patients where bone loss is too much and denture can't be retained
