Well,simply if you have aches and there is some swallowing,that is a sign of not well done dental surgery or developing an infection,which is very dangerous. As to how you can know to whom you may trust..one simple tip from my own experience ask friends,relatives etc..Good luck!!

find a middle age doctor. and don't bargain shop.

Reply:It has happened to me on several occasions. Simply do not go back to that dentist. If you do not feel a bond with your dentist, do not allow him/her to do any work.
Also, beware of dentists who tell you what you need rather than give you want you really want. It is a scheme to make more money; it is not a genuine concern for your health.

ask your friends and neighbors about the dentist they went to
call the better business bureau
call your states regulatory agency regarding dentistry
