Cosmetic Dental Surgery?

I have low self-esteem from how bad my teeth look. My two canine (i'm not sure if that's the name) teeth on my top row stick out when ever i raise my lip even a little bit. my whole bottom row is crazy overcrowded also.





Truthfully, i should have looked into braces a long time ago but now i'm feeling the pain...i really don't want to get braces at my age especially since my job requires me to look mature and responsible. A young girl walking into a job interview with braces sucks.





The question here is: Will a surgeon be able to fix my top teeth so it looks natural?





and





one of my dentists said that i wouldn't be a candidate for invisible braces because my teeth were too bad. but what if i only got it for the top row (all the other teeth are properly aligned but my two canines stick out).





agggggh please help.





i don't want to go to another country for surgery either.

In order to either use invisalign or braces the lower arch has to be treated along with the upper arch. Its all about your bite sorry. But look into veneers if you don't want go the braces way. Now veneers are expensive and The Dentist has to prep the tooth down but it can give you the look within 2 to 3 weeks. I had 8 teeth done two upper centrals and 6 lower anteriors and I have never been happier. Check with all your alternatives. and go for it.
Reply:Then have the surgery in that country. Or you can also have braces for the top row alone.
