I am in need of either insurance or a dicount card for Dental/orthodontic/surgery. I have to have 4 wisdom teeth removed and get braces. I am 19 what would be my best intrest a discount card or insurance. Which is the best company to go through. I live in Winchester Virginia. Plz help me.
