i just had dental surgery and they put stitches in it and now they itch anything i can do to relieve this???
What can i do to relieve the itch from dental stitches?
Itching, although difficult to deal with, is actually a sign of the healing process. You might check with a Pharmacist for an OTC remedy -or- simply your Dentist and explain the problem, and find the very best solution.
Reply:Try using oragel. That stuff works wonders. It'll numb the area. :)
Reply:You can't really do anything for the itching. It is normal. Just keep the area super clean and rinse with mouthwash or warm salt water often.
