i would ask your ob/gyn 1st.
sometimes the dentist may say its safe just to make money.
it is recommended thought that a surgery be done before or after a pregnancy

Reply:If I was you I would have the surgery before getting pregnant, my mom had dental surgery when she was six months pregnant cause the dentist said she would be fine, well that night she went into early labor and lost the baby( a boy) and the doctors told her it was because of the surgery she had, she didn't know but the dentist did, a law suit is in action.....
